After more than 35 years in commercial real estate, development, and construction, founder Jeff Coker had spent his career working with the systems, teams, and technology that helped large organizations keep projects moving.
When he eventually went out on his own, he experienced the other side of the equation. The work hadn't changed, but the support systems had. Suddenly, keeping track of budgets, expenses, documents, and project details became part of the job.
He knew there had to be a simpler and more affordable way. That idea became Cost Lenz.
