How to request deletion
Email us from the address on your Cost Lenz account and ask us to delete your account:

Please include:
- The email address for your Cost Lenz account
- Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted
What we delete
After verifying your request, we delete your user account and associated personal data (such as profile and authentication records), except where we must retain information for legal, security, tax, accounting, or backup purposes.
Organization / project data
Cost Lenz is built for team use. Project data belongs to the organization workspace. If you are a member of an organization, that organization’s project content may remain available to remaining admins and members after your personal account is deleted. Organization admins can remove members from a workspace in Settings.
If you are the sole admin of an organization and want the organization and its projects deleted as well, say so in your email and we will help complete that request.
Timing
We typically process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.
